In this Order—

• “the 1949 Act” means the Wireless Telegraphy Act 1949;

• “the 1990 Act” means the Broadcasting Act 1990;

• “the 1996 Act” means the Broadcasting Act 1996;

• “the 2002 Act” means the Office of Communications Act 2002;

• “the 2003 Act” means the Communications Act 2003; and

• “Jersey” means the Bailiwick of Jersey.
