In section 184 (Modification of definition of “wireless telegraphy”), for subsection (2) substitute the following—

“(2)

An order made by the Secretary of State under this section shall not have effect in the Bailiwick of Jersey unless it is registered in the Royal Court of Jersey and where any such order is so registered, it shall have effect on the day following the day of such registration or on the day of coming into force specified in the order, whichever is the later.”.
