In section 336 (Government requirements for Licensed Services)—

(a)

in subsection (1), for the words “Secretary of State or any other Minister of the Crown” substitute “the Economic Development Committee of the States of Jersey” and omit the words “in connection with any of his functions, the Secretary of State or that minister”;

(b)

in subsection (2), after the words “Broadcasting Act Licences” insert “in the Bailiwick of Jersey”;

(c)

in subsection (5), for the words “Secretary of State” substitute “the Economic Development Committee of the States of Jersey” and after “Broadcasting Act Licenses” insert “in the Bailiwick of Jersey”;

(d)

in subsection (6)(a), after the words “Broadcasting Act Licence” insert “in the Bailiwick of Jersey”;

(e)

in subsection (6)(b), for the words “ Secretary of State” substitute “Economic Development Committee of the States of Jersey”;

(f)

in subsection (8), for the words “Secretary of State” substitute “Economic Development Committee of the States of Jersey or any other Committee of the States”; and

(g)

omit subsection (9).
