The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by sections 365(1) and (4) and 402(3) of the Communications Act 2003^f1, as extended by the Broadcasting and Communications (Jersey) Order 2004^f2, the Communications (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Order 2004^f3 and the Communications (Isle of Man) Order 2003^f4, with the consent of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Regulations:
