Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and extent

These Regulations may be cited as the Communications (Television Licensing) (Amendment) Regulations 2005 and shall come into force on 1st April 2005.

In these Regulations “the 2004 Regulations” means the Communications (Television Licensing) Regulations 2004^f1.
