Schedule 5 (TV licence fees for hotels and hospitality areas and mobile units) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 1, in the definition of “relevant amount”—
(a)
in paragraph (a) for “57.00” substitute “£58.50”;
(b)
in paragraph (b) for “£169.50” substitute “£174.50”.
(3)
In paragraph 3(1)(a) for “£57.00” substitute “£58.50”.
