Regulation 1 Citation, commencement, extent and interpretation

(1)

These Regulations may be cited as the Communications (Television Licensing) Regulations 2004 and shall come into force on 1st April 2004.

F1(2)

These Regulations extend to the Channel Islands F2... except for—

(a)

Schedule 2, Part 4 and regulation 3(1)(b) so far as it relates to that Part;

(b)

regulations 10 and 11.

F3(2A)

These Regulations extend to the Isle of Man except for regulations 10 and 11.

In these Regulations “the Act” means the Communications Act 2003.
