Regulation 4 Duplicate licences

Where a TV licence has been lost or destroyed, the sum of F1£4.50 shall be paid on the issue of a duplicate of such a licence; but no such sum shall be payable on the issue of a duplicate of a TV licence that was issued free of charge.
