Section 114 Access to allotment and allotment siteI1
(1)
Where a local authority leases an allotment to a tenant, it must provide reasonable access to the allotment and any allotment site on which the allotment is situated.
(2)
Where a local authority leases an allotment site to a tenant, it must provide reasonable access to the allotment site and allotments on the site.
