In sub-paragraph (1) for the words from “is a holding company” onwards substitute “ is a parent company ”.

In sub-paragraph (2)—

(a)

for “subsidiaries” (four times) substitute “ subsidiary undertakings ”, and

(b)

in paragraph (a), for “Part I” substitute “ paragraphs 5, 6, 10, 13 and 14 ”.

(4)

Omit sub-paragraphs (3) to (7).
