In regulation 49(1)(r) (obligations on public authorities) of the Money Laundering Regulations 2007f1, for “446 (investigation of share dealings)” substitute “446D (appointment of replacement inspectors)”f2 and omit “or under Article 424, 425, 435 or 439 of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986”.
