Paragraph 124

In Article 136 of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 (variation of class rights: saving for court's powers under other provisions)—

(a)

for “Article 418 (court control of company compromising with creditors and members)” substitute “ section 899 of the Companies Act 2006 (court sanction for compromise or arrangement with creditors or members) ”;

(b)

for “Article 420 (company reconstruction or amalgamation)” substitute “ section 900 of that Act (powers of court to facilitate reconstruction or amalgamation) ”.
