In Schedule 1 M1 of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 (particulars of directors to be contained in statement under Article 21), in paragraph 2(2)(a) for “Article 257AA(4)” substitute “ section 481 of the Companies Act 2006 ”.
