In section 172(1) of the Companies Act 1985 (availability of profits for private company to redeem or purchase shares out of capital)—
(a)
for “Part VIII” substitute “ Part 23 of the Companies Act 2006 ”;
(b)
for “sections 270 to 275 in that Part” substitute “ Chapter 2 of that Part ”.
