In section 742 of the Companies Act 1985 M1 (expressions used in connection with accounts)—

(a)

in subsection (1), for “Part VII (accounts)” substitute “ Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 (accounts and reports) ”;

(b)

in subsection (2), for “section 262(3)” substitute “ section 853(4) and (5) of the Companies Act 2006 ”;

(c)

omit subsection (2A).
