Paragraph 15 Postal Services Act 2000 (c.26)

In section 80(2) of the Postal Services Act 2000 M1 (shadow directors)—

(a)

for sub-paragraph (c) substitute—

“(c)
Chapter 3 of Part 10 of the Companies Act 2006 (declaration of interest in existing transaction or arrangement),”;

(b)

in sub-paragraph (d) for “the Companies Act 2006” substitute “ that Act ”.
