And with respect to the settlement of disputes by arbitration, be it enacted as follows:

  1. 128Appointment of arbitrator when questions are to be determined by arbitration.
  2. 129Vacancy of arbitrator to be supplied.
  3. 130Appointment of umpire.
  4. 131Board of Trade empowered to appoint an umpire, on neglect of the arbitrators, in case of railway companies.
  5. 132Power of arbitrators to call for books, &c.
  6. 133Costs to be in the discretion of the arbitrators.
  7. 134Submission to arbitration to be made rule of court.
