The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by sections 287(3), 288(2) and 744 of the Companies Act 1985f1, hereby makes the following Regulations:

1985 c. 6. Section 287 of the Companies Act 1985 was substituted by section 136 of the Companies Act 1989 (1989 c. 40). Section 288 was amended by sections 143(6) and 212 of, and Schedule 24 to, the Companies Act 1989. See the definition of “prescribed” in section 744 of the Companies Act 1985.
