Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Companies (Striking Off) (Electronic Communications) Order 2014 and comes into force on 11 July 2014.

In this Order—

• “the 2006 Act” means the Companies Act 2006^f1; and

• “the 2009 Regulations” means the Limited Liability Partnerships (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2009^f2.
