Article 3 Provisions coming into force on 1st December 2006
The following provisions of the Act come into force on 1st December 2006—
(a)
subsections (2), (3), (5) and (6) of section 4;
(b)
sections 5 and 6;
(c)
section 8(8);
(d)
sections 9, 14 and 15;
(e)
the Schedule, to any extent to which it did not come into force on Royal Assent.
