Article 14 Transport Act 1985

The Transport Act 1985^f1 is amended as follows.

Sections 115 (application of Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1976 to agreements between road passenger transport operators) and 116 (use of bus stations: monopolies, anti-competitive practices and restrictive trade practices) are repealed.
