Article 15 Housing Act 1985

The Housing Act 1985^f1 is amended as follows.

Sections 454 (exclusion of Restrictive Trade Practices Act: recommendations as to implementation of this Part) and 455 (exclusion of Restrictive Trade Practices Act: agreements as to loans on security of new houses) are repealed.
