Article 27 New Roads and Street Works Act 1991

The New Roads and Street Works Act 1991^f1 is amended as follows.

In sections 10 (application of enactments relating to monopolies, etc.) and 33 (application of enactments relating to monopolies, etc.) subsections (1)(b) and (c) and (3) are repealed.
