The EC Competition Law (Articles 88 and 89) Enforcement Regulations 1996f1 regulation 28 (restrictions on disclosure of information) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 2(a) the words “, or the Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1976, or the Resale Prices Act 1976” are revoked.
(3)
In paragraph (3) the words “Restrictive Trade Practices Act 1976” are revoked.
