Section 61(2) of the Financial Services (Banking Reform) Act 2013 M1 is amended as follows.

For paragraphs (c) and (d) substitute—
“(c)transferred EU anti-trust commitments or transferred EU anti-trust directions (as defined in section 40ZA of that Act).”.
