Paragraph 5 Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992I1

Article 46(3) of the Electricity (Northern Ireland) Order 1992 M1 is amended as follows.
At the end of sub-paragraph (b), insert “or”.
For sub-paragraphs (c) and (d) substitute—
“(c)transferred EU anti-trust commitments or transferred EU anti-trust directions (as defined in section 40ZA of that Act),”.
