A warrant issued and in force under section 62(1) M1, 62A(1) M2, 63(1) M3, 65G(1) M4 or 65H(1) M5 of the 1998 Act ceases to have effect on F1IP completion day, except where the warrant relates to a case in which the European Commission has continued competence in accordance with article 92 of the EU withdrawal agreement.
