(a)
require the parties to file a consent order impact statement; and
(b)
direct the Registrar to publish a notice on the Tribunal website or in such other manner as the Tribunal may direct.
(3)
A consent order impact statement shall provide an explanation of the draft consent order, including an explanation of the circumstances giving rise to the draft order, the relief to be obtained if the order is made and the anticipated effects on competition of that relief.
