Rule 50 Intervention

(1)

Rule 16 (except paragraphs (2) and (8) to (10)) applies to claims falling within this Part.

(2)

The CMA may submit written observations to the Tribunal on issues relating to the application of F1... Chapter I or II of Part 1 of the 1998 Act and, with the permission of the Tribunal, submit oral observations to the Tribunal.
