Rule 72C CMA noticeF1
The CMA shall, within 28 days of receiving a copy of a claim form sent under rule 33(7), notify the parties and the Tribunal in writing—
(a)
whether it has begun, or has decided to begin, an investigation under Part 1 of the 2024 Act concerning issues the same as, or similar to, those raised in the claim; or
(b)
whether it has decided against such an investigation.
