Rule 89 Disclosure
(1)
In addition to the Tribunal's general powers under these Rules to order disclosure, the Tribunal may order, on any terms it thinks fit, disclosure to be given—
(a)
by any party to the collective proceedings to any other party;
(b)
by the class representative to any or all represented persons; and
(c)
by any represented person to any other represented person (including a person within a different sub-class), the class representative or the defendant.
