Article 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

This Order may be cited as the Conisborough College Order 2011 and comes into force on 6th July 2011.

In this Order—

• “the Constitution Regulations” means the School Governance (Constitution) (England) Regulations 2007^f1;

• “the governing body” means the governing body of Conisborough College;

• “parent governor” has the meaning given by regulation 4(1) of the Constitution Regulations.
