The Rules of the Supreme Court (Northern Ireland) (Revision) 1980 (S.R. 1980/346) may be cited as the Rules of the Court of Judicature (Northern Ireland) (Revision) 1980.

For the words “Rules of the Supreme Court (Northern Ireland) (Revision) 1980” wherever they occur in any enactment substitute “ Rules of the Court of Judicature (Northern Ireland) (Revision) 1980 ”.

The Rules of the Supreme Court (Northern Ireland) 1980 may be cited as the Rules of the Court of Judicature (Northern Ireland) 1980.
