In section 36 (appeals to the House of Lords), in sidenote for “House of Lords” substitute “ Supreme Court ”.

In section 37 (restrictions on reporting)—

(a)

in subsection (4)(c), for “House of Lords” substitute “ Supreme Court ”;

(b)

in subsection (5), for “the House of Lords” and “that House” in each place substitute “ the Supreme Court ”;

(c)

in subsections (6) and (7), for “House of Lords” substitute “ Supreme Court ”.
