Regulation 24 Repeals, revocations and modifications

(1)

Subsections (6) and (7) of section 127 of the Factories Act 1961^f1 are repealed.

(2)

Regulations 5 and 6 of the Construction (General Provisions) Regulations 1961^f2 are revoked.

(3)

The Construction (Notice of Operations and Works) Order 1965^f3 is revoked.

(4)

For item (i) of paragraph 4(a) of Schedule 2 to the Health and Safety (Enforcing Authority) Regulations 1989, the following item shall be substituted—

“(i)

regulation 7(1) of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 1994 (S.I.1994/3140) (which requires projects which include or are intended to include construction work to be notified to the Executive) applies to the project which includes the work; or”.
