Article 36 (use of appropriate technical documentation) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 1—

(a)

in point (a), for “a Commission decision” substitute “ established by the Secretary of State under Article 27(5) ”;

(b)

in point (b), for “harmonised”, in both places, substitute “ designated ”.

(3)

In paragraph 2, for “a notified” substitute “ an approved ”.
