Paragraph 1

There are grounds for the service of a suspension notice under regulation 7(1)(b), a prohibition notice under regulation 11(1)(b) or a notice to warn under regulation 12(1)(b), as the case may be, where one or more of the following paragraphs of this Schedule applies in relation to the construction products concerned.
