In regulation 27 of the Water Supply (Water Quality) (Scotland) Regulations 2001 M1—

(a)

in paragraph (1) omit the definitions “the Directive”, “European technical approval” and “harmonized standard”; and

(b)

in paragraph (3)—

(i)

for “the Directive” substitute “ Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down harmonised conditions for the marketing of construction products and repealing Council Directive 89/106/EEC ”, and

(ii)

omit sub-paragraph (a).
