Rule 9 Signature of documentsI1

Any requirement in these Rules or in a direction of the Tribunal for a document to be signed by a person is satisfied, in the case of a document which is sent electronically in accordance with these Rules or in accordance with a direction of the Tribunal, by the individual who is required to sign the document producing their name by means of a computer or by other electronic means.
