In this Part of this Schedule—

  • " notice " means a prohibition notice ;

  • " notification " means a notification in writing ; and

  • " the trader " in relation to a proposed notice or an actual notice means the person on whom the proposed notice is proposed to be served or on whom the actual notice has been served.
