A person may make an application where that person is an eligible generator in respect of the CFD unit described in the application.

A person who makes an application permitted by paragraph (1) is “an applicant”.

Up to and including the application closing date, an application may be withdrawn by the applicant at any time.

The F1contract allocation framework may provide for circumstances where, after the application closing date, an application may be withdrawn or be treated as withdrawn.

Subject to any provision described in paragraph (4), an application may not be withdrawn after the application closing date.
