Regulation 35 Completion of the contract allocation processF2I1

The delivery body must give a notice to the Secretary of State once the delivery body is satisfied that it has completed the F1contract allocation process.
The delivery body must provide to the CFD counterparty—
a copy of a notice given under paragraph (1); and
a statement of which qualification appeals, if any, are not determined at the date of the notice.
