Section 59 Act shall apply to lands held of the Crown and Prince.
Scotland
The provisions of this Act F1shall apply to lands held of the Crown and of the Prince, in the same way as to lands held of a subject superior, but shall not prejudice or affect the jus coronæ as a title to lands or heritages.
