Section 4 Construction of tunnel units.

The Secretary of State may construct the tunnel units on land acquired under section 2 of this Act or other Crown land shown on the deposited plan within the limits of land to be acquired.

This section is not to be taken as prejudicing the Secretary of State’s power to use, in constructing the tunnel, tunnel units constructed by himself or another on land other than land mentioned in subsection (1) above.
