(a)
with “Secretary of State” being read as “Cabinet as defined in section 44 of the Constitution of the Cayman Islands”; and
F1(b)
with the substitution for subsection (5) of—
“(5)An order made under this section is subject to negative resolution, as provided in section 28(3) of the Interpretation Law (1995 Revision).”.
