In the provisions of Part 1 applied by this Order—

(a)

references to the EEA, an EEA State, the European Economic area and the United Kingdom are to be read as references to the Cayman Islands;

(b)

references as to whether a person is or is not a national of an EEA state are to be read as to whether the person in question possesses Caymanian status or not.

references to “educational establishments” are to be read as references to “educational institutions”.
