Paragraph 43(2) applies with—

(a)

the omission of the word “Parliamentary” wherever it appears;

(b)

in sub-paragraph (2)(a) the substitution of “the Legislature” for “Parliament”;

(c)

in sub-paragraph (2)(b) the substitution of “the Legislature” for “either House”; and

(d)

the omission of sub-paragraph (c) and the word “or” at the end of paragraph (2).
