Paragraph 6 Further Education

Any institution in Scotland the sole or main purpose of which is to provide further education within the meaning of either section 1(5)(b) of the Education (Scotland) Act 1980^f1 or section 1(3) of the Further and Higher Education (Scotland) Act 1992.
