Paragraph 75 I1

In section 117 of the Magistrates' Courts Act 1980 (warrant endorsed for bail), after subsection (1) insert—

“(1A)

Subsection (1) is subject to section 115(1) of the Coroners and Justice Act 2009 (bail decisions in murder cases to be made by Crown Court judge).”
