Coming into force 1st April 1996

The Secretary of State in exercise of the power conferred on him by section 4A(1) and (7) of the Coroners Act 1988^f1 and section 25 of the Welsh Language Act 1993^f2, and after consulting the councils and coroners appearing to him to be affected by this Order, and such other persons as he thinks appropriate, hereby makes the following Order:
